Requests

The appointment form asks for your name, phone number, vehicle type and the services you are interested in. A message is optional. The form also sends the address of the page you submitted it from.

Submitting the form sends the information you enter to JD Auto Detailing so the business can respond to your request.

Please do not include payment information.

Form provider

This website is hosted on Netlify, and its appointment form uses Netlify Forms. Netlify stores form submissions, and submission notifications are sent to the business's email. This means request information can be held in both Netlify and email copies.

Website analytics

This website uses Umami to measure page visits and clicks on contact links. Information about page visits includes the pages viewed, referring pages, browser language and screen size. Information entered into the appointment form is not included in analytics.
